News Bits 04/28/2011

Hi everybody, how are you all doing? Some recent updates on Haven and Sik activities:

• Many of you have been asking about Launch My Life subbing. Ep. 2-3, ep. 3-1 and 3-2 are all done. Ep. 2-1 and 2-2 will be done shortly and uploaded very soon. Our editors are working hard, so please be patient with us

• As you can see, Haven experienced some technical issues regarding the photo on photobucket earlier. BUT we fixed it! All thanks to mathed-nim!!!!

• Our new volunteer, crispeeeeeee (Cathy) is doing an amazing job updating the video widget on sidebar. Make sure you check out her regular updates and vid recommendations.

• Sik and Kim Sa Rang will be co-models for LG Electronic Smartphone Optimus. Check out details here.

Thanks to a friend of mine who shares these images with me~ We get to see Ah In in another Japanese Magazine!! Yes!! I saw a couple of those pictures before and now I know where those pictures came from~ They are really lovely~

Regarding the Subbing of Yoo Ah In’s Upcoming Movie, Wandeukee

Hi Haveners! I’m Dianne but I go by the name whoopeeyoo or tomakunisnumberone (I know it’s confusing) and this is my first post! Weehoo! Btw, I’ve been a behind-the-scenes person. I’m extremely grateful for the admins <3 that made me an editor! I’m sure the site’s still not that organized but I’m working on it! Soon, there will be tag index page and other stuff!

Well, to the topic and title of my post. I’m currently an editor for Fighting! Fansubs. I’m still new as I basically signed up for them recently. But I brought up subbing Wandeukee as help is greatly needed. And here’s the conversation I had with the founder of the said fansub group.

whoopeeyoo: I’m an admin of Yoo Ah In Haven, a wordpress blog and a community dedicated to Yoo Ah In and they’re searching for people or a subbing team to collaborate with in subbing Yoo Ah In’s upcoming movie, Wandeukee. I told them I’d bring this up here. So yeah, I’m bringing it up.

DashRabbit: Do you have any translators on your site?

whoopeeyoo: Yes, we have translators on our site.

DashRabbit: Cool we don’t mind subbing it then. Our translators are busy with other projects so we won’t be able to translate. But we can help you guys with timing and editing. Let me know.

And yeah, I basically just told her how much I love her and them!

So, yeah guys! We got some help for subbing! I know our beloved translators are really busy but at least we don’t have to time and edit on our own! I could personally do the editing since I’m an editor! Aha! So, all we need is some DVDRip of Wandeukee and we’re all set! I’ll just probably coordinate with them clearly when Wandeukee’s out. DD

Though I’ve been a little busy with the translations for YAI’s LML, I really felt like putting his recent tweet mentions into English. His mentions were so meaningful that I can’t help trying to interpret them.

While just looking around on Twitter with my cellphone then, I was SO surprised when YAI’s tweets suddenly popped out on my time line!! Gosh.. >_<;; I felt like I had no time to let me take a rest even for a while ’cause my mind is extremely disturbed whenever I come across his sudden messages~ YAI’s tweet messages were SO impressive and made me think about many things~
